Citizens Unhappy with New Anti-parking Poles in the Tunnel of the National Palace of Culture

Citizens have contacted the authorities about new anti-parking poles at the stop at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) tunnel in Sofia, reports Mediapool. 

The old poles were removed, new holes were made in the granite slabs and new poles are being placed with reflective strips. They are, however, placed not in a straight line, but in an unprofessional way.

Greece Returns 10 Migrants to Turkey Under EU Deal

Greek authorities sent 10 people back to Turkey on Friday in accordance with a Turkey-EU migration deal, reported Anadolu Agency.

According to a statement issued by the Greek Public Security Ministry, the 10 individuals were taken from Lesbos island in the Aegean Sea and were sent to the Dikili district of Turkey's western Izmir province.

Turkey to be first country to develop Congo fever vaccine: Minister

Turkey is set to become the first country to develop a vaccine for the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), Turkish Health Minister Recep Akdağ said May 1, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

Akdağ said the ministry has been working on the vaccine for the past seven to eight years with Erciyes University.
