Croatian President to 'Rebuild' Ties to Germany
Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic headed for Germany on Tuesday on a mission to patch up ties with its traditional great power ally.
In an interview for the daily newspaper Vecernji list, the President said that she aimed to "rebuild the partnership" between the two countries.

Cancer-stricken Hague defendant denied temporary release
THE HAGUE -- The Hague-based Hague Tribunal (ICTY) has rejected the motion of Goran Hadzic's defense for his provisional release on humanitarian grounds.
The defense requested that the former political leader of Serbs in Croatia be temporarily released from custody "for 12 or more weeks of medical treatment in Serbia."

16th International Festival of Archaeological Film
BELGRADE - The 16th edition of the International Festival of Archaeological Film will feature the screening of 22 films from 10 countries at the Gallery of Frescoes in Belgrade on March 19-25.
This year, the guest of honor is Iran, which will present its rich archaeological heritage with a film about the splendor of Persepolis, the organizers said in a release.
