Mikec won World Championship!
Mikec won a gold medal in the 50-meter small-caliber pistol event at the World Championship in Egypt.
He reached the gold with 567 laps ahead of Chinese Bowen Zhang with 564 and Ukrainian Viktor Bankin with 560.
Mikec and Zhang were tied before the last series, and then the Chinese "hit" 93, and Mikec 96 laps and with this three-point margin, he reached the title.

Türkiye’s digital quality of life improves slightly
Türkiye has improved by two positions in Surfshark's Digital Quality of Life Index regarding digital wellbeing, rising from 54th to 52nd out of 117 countries.
Out of the five fundamental digital life pillars, Türkiye's best is for e-government (39th) and the worst score is for internet quality (ranking 69th globally).
Egypt to raise Suez Canal transit fees for ships in 2023
Egypt has said that it will increase transit fees for vessels, including oil-laden tankers, passing through Suez Canal, one of the world's most crucial waterways.
The Suez Canal Authority said in a statement on Sept. 17 that it will add 15 percent to the fees for tankers carrying oil and petroleum products, and 10 percent for dry bulk carriers and cruise ships.

Ministry returns Egyptian artifacts
The Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry has returned Egypt's stolen artifacts to the country.
The artifacts, such as the Kaaba key and an embroidered bag, which were found in a cargo package sent from Egypt last year, were returned by Gökhan Yazgı, the head of the Directorate General of Cultural Assets and Museums of the ministry.

Grain export deal allowed 122 ships to set sail in month
