European bankers attend IT forum at NBS
BELGRADE - Officials of European countries' central banks met at the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) on Tuesday for a three-day forum on information and communication technology in central banks, the NBS has stated.
The meeting, the largest of its kind in Europe, was opened by NBS Vice-Governor Ana Gligorijevic and head of the IT Sector goran Kunjadic.

Ranieri satisfied with Greece's showing
Greece coach Claudio Ranieri voiced his satisfaction with the performance of the national team in Helsinki's 1-1 draw with host Finland on Saturday for the 2016 European Championship qualifiers, saying the risk in pucking the squad he took was worth it, even though Greece did not get maximum points.

Serbian, Finnish FMs talk EU bid, Ukraine
Helsinki -- Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja on Thursday met with Serbian counterpart Ivica Dačić,and "commended Serbia's progress on the path towards the EU."
After the meeting in Helsinki, he added that Finland was "looking forward to the day when the agreement on Serbia's EU accession will be signed."

HELSINKI - Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja commended Serbia's progress on the path towards the European Union, adding that Finland is looking forward to the day when the agreement on Serbia's EU accession will be signed.
Injured Holebas out for Greece qualifiers
Greece defender Jose Holebas has been ruled out of European Championship qualifiers against Finland and Northern Ireland after picking up a groin injury in a weekend Serie A match.
The 30-year-old left winger, a World Cup standout for Greece this year, has been replaced by Ψostas Giannoulis of Olympiakos.

Bulgaria’s President to Attend Arraiolos Group Meeting on Sept 29-30
Bulgaria's President Rosen Plevneliev will take part in the 10th informal meeting of the Arraiolos Group in Braga, Portugal, on September 29-30.
The meeting will bring together the heads of state of Portugal, Austria, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Hungary, Finland, and Bulgaria, according to the press office of the Bulgarian President.
Men's volleyball team still third in CEV ranking
BELGRADE - Men's volleyball team of Serbia still takes the third place in the latest European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) ranking.
CEV has published the ranking after the end of the world championship in Poland, and Serbia is still ranked third with 324 points, the Serbian Volleyball Association released in a statement.
