Bulgaria is among the member states of the European Union (EU) with the strongest employment growth in the third quarter of the year compared to the second three months. This is the data of the European statistical office Eurostat, published today.

Serbia is considering introducing "serious changes" when it comes to contacts that foreign ambassadors have with Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

Finland's defense ministry said on Tuesday it suspected a Russian aircraft had violated Finnish airspace over the Baltic Sea earlier in the day, reported Reuters. 

The ministry said a Russian Tupolev TU-154 plane had been detected south of Porvoo and that the border guard was investigating the matter.

According to him, this is no obstacle to strengthen mutual cooperation.

"There are no talks about Serbia joining NATO and the reason is that Serbia has clearly stated that they don't want membership in NATO. And NATO fully respects that decision of Serbia," Stoltenberg said in response to a question posed by a Serbian reporter during a news conference on Monday.

Moon Express, a company planning to mine material on the moon, is "definitely" going to launch its first mission next year, and could have human colonies there within five years, Chairman Naveen Jain told CNBC on Thursday.

In January, the company said that it was targeting a date in late 2017 to send its lander to the moon. But that has been pushed back until 2018.
