South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev suspended the decree on calling a referendum on the country's entry into Russia until consultations are complete with Moscow, media reports said on Tuesday.

Russia is preparing new provocations in the Black Sea, and among the potential targets of provocations are Bulgaria and Romania, the Association for the Reintegration of Crimea, a non-governmental platform that analyzes and seeks solutions to problems after the Russian occupation of Crimea, said in its official Facebook profile.

Kınık spoke at the "11th European Regional Conference" held by the International Feferation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Georgia's capital Tbilisi on April 26.

Atanas Atanasov, co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" (DB), described as "hypocrisy" the fact that Bulgaria declares that it does not export weapons to Ukraine, and at the same time "according to publications in authoritative Ukrainian publications, Bulgarian products from the military-industrial complex are on the 4th place of supply for the country invaded by Russia."

Ljubljana – Prime Minister Janez Janša has reiterated his call for fast-tracking Ukraine to EU membership as he told the Delphi Economic Forum that the EU should do “everything it can” to help Ukraine.

“We now see that if the EU does not enlarge, somebody else will. Now we’re paying the price,” he told the event on Saturday according to the prime minister’s office.

Defense Minister Hulusi Akar on April 6 held an online meeting with his counterparts from Black Sea coastal countries and discussed the floating mines in the Black Sea and the issue of humanitarian corridors to Ukraine.

The discussions, held upon Turkey's invitation, were fruitful, the minister said in a statement after the meeting.

The survey, known as the SPACE Report, provides comprehensive data from 49 European prison administrations on issues including total prison populations, incarceration rates, sentences, offences and staffing as well as rates of mortality, suicide and escape.
