Knapp: Serbia has potential
BELGRADE - Head of the Delegate Office of German Industry and Commerce for Serbia Martin Knapp invited German investors on Friday to invest in Serbia, adding that the country had the potential to be in the same category as Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovenia.

EU Commissioner Andor Wants 'European Unemployment Insurance'
Europe should introduce its own unemployment insurance fund, outgoing EU Employment Commissioner Laszlo Andor has argued in an interview.
Andor, who is in charge of employment, social affairs and inclusion at the European Commission, told German weekly Der Spiegel that such a step would help Europe retain its usual stability during crisis like the one over the past years.

Serbia must join EU as soon as possible
BERLIN - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic told the German daily Bild that the relations between Serbia and Russia are quite regular, but that Serbia's most important goal is to join the European Union (EU) as soon as possible.
Vucic also ruled out the option of Serbia recognizing Kosovo as an independent state, and left the possibility of Serbia's NATO membership open.
