Blue Corridor 2014 rally arrives in Belgrade

BELGRADE - The Blue Corridor 2014 natural gas vehicle rally arrived in Belgrade on Monday for the first time ever.

The goal of the rally, which hit the road in Saint Petersburg in mid-October, is to draw attention to the large traffic flow between Western and Eastern Europe, which can become environmentally acceptable with compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Nikolic not to visit Belgium due to Kosovo statehood symbols

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has called off his participation in the commemorative event in Belgium on Tuesday marking the 100th anniversary since the beginning of World War I, although it was planned, because the opening ceremony will display the symbols of the unilaterally proclaimed state of Kosovo.

Bulgarians' Trips Abroad Rise By Almost 10% In September

Bulgarians' trips abroad increased by 9.7% in September, year-on-year, shows data of the National Statistics Institute (NSI).

The total number of foreign trips was 407 000.

Most significant rise was posted by trips to Greece - 19.6%, Turkey - 17.7%, Italy - 17.1%, Germany - 13.6%, Spain - 13.2%, the UK - 12.1%, Serbia - 7.8% and Macedonia - 7.7%.
