INS Viraat: Everything you need to know about world’s oldest serving aircraft carrier
Having served 29 years under the Indian Navy, the world’s oldest aircraft carrier INS Viraat will be decommissioned later this year. The ship will be towed back to Mumbai from Kochi, for completion of the decommissioning ceremony, where it had arrived earlier in July for Essential Repairs and Dry Docking (ERDD) which was completed on September 4, 2016.

SIPRI: Global weapons sales highest since end of Cold War
Over the last five years, the world trade in arms has reached a level not seen since 1990. The Middle East and Asia remain the key markets for weapons, according to a report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
