Kostyuk/Martincova win Portorož WTA doubles tournament
Portorož – Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk and Czech Tereza Martincova won the WTA doubles tournament at the Slovenian seaside of Portorož on Sunday after defeating the Spanish-Slovak pair of Cristina Bucsa and Tereza Mihalikova 6:4 and 6:0 in the finals.
Putin announced: "The agreement is close to completion"

Ministry returns Egyptian artifacts
The Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry has returned Egypt's stolen artifacts to the country.
The artifacts, such as the Kaaba key and an embroidered bag, which were found in a cargo package sent from Egypt last year, were returned by Gökhan Yazgı, the head of the Directorate General of Cultural Assets and Museums of the ministry.

Turkish contractors awarded $6 bln worth of projects abroad this year
Turkish contractors were awarded a total of 156 projects worth $5.94 billion in foreign countries from January to July this year, data from the Trade Ministry have shown.
The average size of the projects awarded to Turkish companies abroad in the first seven months of the year was $38 million, according to the ministry.
The Import of Russian Coal into the EU Stops from Today
The complete ban on the purchase of Russian coal comes into force today. The measure was approved as part of the fourth package of sanctions adopted in April against Russia over the war in Ukraine.
Another ban on imports from Russia is due to be implemented later this year: a partial oil embargo.
