China confirms 425 deaths from new coronavirus
The death toll in China from the novel coronavirus outbreak climbed to 425, the country's National Health Commission (NHC) said on Feb. 4.
In a statement, the commission said it has so far received a total of 20,438 confirmed cases, adding a total of 64 people died over the last 24 hours.

Turkey stops all flights from China as part of coronavirus measures
Turkey has decided to stop all flights from China until the end of February, the health minister has said, as part of measures taken against the coronavirus threat.
Death toll rises to 304 in China's coronavirus outbreak
The death toll in China from the novel coronavirus outbreak climbed to 304, the National Health Commission (NHC) said on Feb. 2.
A total of 14,380 confirmed cases of pneumonia caused by the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) have been reported in China.
It was reported that 45 people died in the last 24 hours and 19,544 were suspected of being infected.

The death toll from a new virus has risen to 80 with more than 2,700 confirmed cases, China's government said on Jan. 27, after the health minister warned that the virus's ability to "spread is getting stronger."
China also on Jan. 27 extended the Lunar New Year holiday by 3 days to next Sunday in an effort to contain the spread of the virus.

China confirms 56 deaths from new coronavirus
The death toll in China from the novel coronavirus outbreak has climbed to 56, local media reported on Jan. 26.
"During the past 24 hours, 688 new confirmed cases, 1,309 new suspected cases and 15 deaths from the disease (13 in Hubei, one in Shanghai and one in Henan) were reported," Xinhua news agency said in a report, citing China's National Health Commission.

FETÖ terror group's 'Malaysia imam' detained
A suspected so-called "Malaysia imam" of the FETÖ was detained in central Turkey, security sources said on Jan. 25.
The suspect, identified by Ahmet K., was so-called imam of FETÖ members in Malaysia from 2011 to 2013.
Turkish police arrested the suspect and his wife, identified as Betul K., in Turkey's Konya province.
