The Bulgarian men's national football team climbed four position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking, which was released on Thursday.

At present, Bulgaria occupies 62nd position with 537 points, being between the teams of Peru and Australia.

Thus, Bulgaria improved its performance from last month with five positions and 32 points.

Bulgarians often become victims of labor exploitation abroad, according to a report of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).

Europe must do more to help migrants crossing the Mediterranean, UN chief Ban Ki-moon said on Tuesday ahead of a visit to Brussels, as a planned EU naval operation awaits UN Security Council approval.

The Bulgarian National Television (BNT) released a trailer for the 2015 Junior Eurovision, which will be held on November 21 at the Arena Armeec hall in Sofia.

The video, which depicts the beauty and culture of Bulgaria as well as the venue of the song contest, was promoted during a press conference in Vienna on Friday.

The second Eurovision semi-final in Vienna will be taking place tonight. Cyprus is going to fight for a place in the finals, with John Karayiannis and his song “One Thing I Should Have Done”.
