The result confirmed Europe Now's dominance after it took power in the capital, Podgorica, and another town in October last year and its deputy leader, Jakov Milatovic, beat incumbent Milo Djukanovic in April's presidential election.

Since then the small Adriatic country has endured almost constant political turbulence and two governments have been ousted.

Podgorica-based University professor Predrag Zenovic said there are expectations that the elections could herald an end to the turmoil.

Experts see raising awareness among members of the public as vital to minimising the impact of such scams, but, said Adis Balota, a professor at the Faculty of Information Technologies in Podgorica, "alone this will not solve the cyber security problem".

Bulgaria has requested Greek military planes to guard its airspace, claims the publication "Kathimerini".

The publication notes that Bulgaria is the fourth Balkan country that wants Greek aviation to protect its skies.

A year on, Abazovic has his deal with the Church and can point to a string of high-profile organized crime arrests. But while the work of the Constitutional Court has been unblocked, little progress has been made on reforming the judiciary, a key condition of Montenegro's EU accession process.

Media reported on Tuesday that Do Kwon sent a letter to outgoing Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, outgoing Justice Minister Marko Kovac and the Special State Prosecution, claiming that he financed Europe Now.

"The state of Montenegro must not forget the innocent suffering of your and our ancestors, relatives and neighbours," Milatovic said at the commemoration.

Media reported on Monday that Do Kwon sent a letter to Abazovic, outgoing Justice Minister Marko Kovac and the Special State Prosecution, claiming that he financed Europe Now.

Bosnia's State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA on Monday confirmed the seizure of 124 kilograms of cocaine that was found in banana boxes in a warehouse in the town of Siroki Brijeg.

"I can confirm the seizure, the investigators have done their part of the job, but due to the ongoing investigation, I can't give more details," Jelena Miovcic, SIPA's spokeswoman, told BIRN.
