Serbia's loses second match women's handball EC
OSIJEK - Serbia lost to France 27-16 (11-3) in the second round of Group D of the women's handball European championships in Osijek, Croatia, on Wednesday.
This was Serbia's second defeat at this event, after losing to Montenegro 22-19 in the first round.

Montenegro Secret Service Chief Quits
In a brief press statement, the head of Montenegro's secret service, Boro Vucinic, said he had submitted his resignation after discussion with Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic.
The formal reasons for his resignation were not disclosed. Media reports in Podgorica suggested that the government was not satisfied with his performance in reforming the agency.

Dacic signs obligation on armament control
BASEL - Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro signed the document on takeover of full responsibility for regional stability and armament control at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Basel on Thursday.
The signed document contains amendments to Article IV of the Dayton Treaty which envisages transfer of powers in armament control to four former Yugoslav countries.
