Djuric: Gov't appreciates OSCE's contribution in KiM
BELGRADE - Director of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Marko Djuric said during talks he had with representatives of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on Wednesday that the Serbian government appreciates the contribution the OSCE Mission in KiM was making to help normalize relations and improve the conditions of life in the province.
Montenegro Gay Pride Rescheduled for October
The Montenegrin capital will host its second Gay Pride parade late in October, in spite of the violent attacks on activists that marred the first parade in the country last year.
Queer Montenegro, the organizer of Montenegro Pride 2014, said on Tuesday said preparations were underway to hold the march in October, but did not specify a date due to "security reasons."

Four Balkan States Agree to Reduce Roaming Fees to EU Level
Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia have agreed on a gradual decrease of roaming charges for mobile communications.
The four countries will also demand from Brussels to consider changes to roaming prices for their citizens visiting the union, BGNES wire service quotes Serbia's Trade Minister Rasim Ljajic as saying.
'Joy of Europe' begins on October 2
BELGRADE - Belgrade will become a place of joy and creativity that children from across the globe will share with their peers and adults as part of the event titled "Joy of Europe" from October 2-5.
This year's event will be 45th in a row, and will start off with a carnival, meaning that participants will stage a walk through Belgrade's pedestrian zone.

Balkan States to Cut Mobile Roaming Charges
The telecommunications ministers of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Serbia signed an agreement in the Montenegrin town of Budva on Monday to limit sky-high roaming charges in the region by reducing the fees in phases over the next three years.
