The ‘Outview Film Festival’ celebrates 10 years this year and is making a comeback with world and European film premieres, panel discussions, workshops and specials. With the logo ‘Give me your hand-You are wonderful’, a lyric from one of late David Bowie’s songs, the festival will take place at the ‘Teniothiki’ (Video Library) exhibition area on Iera Odod in Athens between April 14 and 24.

President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an famously declared two days ago that Turkey had deported the main perpetrator of the recent attack in Belgium, Brahim el-Bakraoui, last summer to the Netherlands. Despite Turkey's warnings that Bakraoui was a foreign terrorist fighter, he was apparently set free by Dutch authorities.

The mystery over one of the assailants of the March 22 Brussels attack remains, as the Netherlands said that they were not properly informed of the bomber's terror links, while Turkey and the United States claim that they had previously notified relevant authorities. 

Dutch soccer great Johan Cruyff, who revolutionized the game with the concept of "Total Football," has died. He was 68.
     
Family spokeswoman Carole Thate confirmed to The Associated Press that Cruyff had died. Joaquin Munoz of the Cruyff Foundation in Barcelona said he died as a result of lung cancer.
     

Belgium's interior and justice ministers offered their resignations over the Brussels attacks but they were rejected by Prime Minister Charles Michel, Belgian media said on March 24.

Revelations from Turkey that it had informed Belgium that at least one of the bombers in the March 22 Brussels attack was a jihadist fighter have rocked the Western European country after authorities failed to prevent the deadly assault.

A F-35 stealth fighter jet program that involves the United States, Turkey and others will be delayed for one year due to several technical shortfalls, including problems with radar software, a Pentagon tester said March 23.

A Belgian minister has said they were aware one of the Brussels bombers was deported from Turkey to the Netherlands last year, one day after Turkey's president made the news of the attacker's deportation public. 

Turkey formerly informed Belgium authorities about the terrorist links of one of the attackers in the March 22 Brussels bombings, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an said March 23.
