Citizens of Serbia are convinced the biggest ammonuts of money come from Russia, but the truth is different. Moscow gives Belgrade only loans, while the European union gives us donations.

- EU is at the top when it comes to donations, investments and exchange of goods. It was always like that. 

 

Three-quarters Of Norwegians Against Joining EU

Almost three-quarters of the Norwegians don't want to join the EU, shows a poll conducted by Sentio for the newspapers Nationen and Klassekampen, quoted by the Norwegian edition of The Local.

The survey showed that only 16.8% of the respondents said they wanted Norway to join the EU, while 9.2% replied with "I don't know".

Serbia listed among Best in Travel 2015 Top 10 destinations

BELGRADE - The Lonely Planet travel guide has listed Serbia as one of its Best in Travel 2015 Top 10 destinations, which have been presented at a ceremony in Milan, the Tourist Organization of Serbia (TOS) said in a release on Thursday.

The TOS showcased Serbia's tourism offer to the reporters and tour operators, along with several other countries in the top 10.

Serbia joins EU defence programmes

BRUSSELS - Numerous opportunities for cooperation with the European Defence Agency (EDA) are oppening up to Serbia, EDA Executive Director Claude-France Arnold has said ahead of her first visit to Belgrade.

She told Tanjug she looked forward to discussing Serbia's inclusion in EDA's programmes with the defence minister, chief of the general staff and military technology experts.

Germans Divided over Sanctions on Russia - ARD Survey

Twenty-seven percent of Germans believe the current sanctions against Russia imposed by the EU and the US should be scrapped, a new survey has shown.

According to the survey, 19% of those polled think that tne current scope of sanctions should be expanded, while 43% consider the sanctions adequate.

The poll was conducted among 1,023 Germans by ARD TV channel.
