Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed that his government will recognise West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, reported BBC. 

However, he said Australia's embassy would not move from Tel Aviv, until a peace settlement was achieved.

He added Australia also recognised the aspirations of the Palestinians to a state with a capital in East Jerusalem.

Vucic said it represented a success of his country - "a small, defianat, and proud country" - but that it was not reason to be "euphoric and humiliate Pristina."

Speaking to reporters after the four nations' summit in Varna, Bulgaria, the Serbian president said this was an idea of Greek PM Alexis Tsipras and that an agreement on a joint bid had been reached at a meeting with the PMs of Bulgaria and Romania, Boyko Borisov and Viorica Dancila.

Bulgaria will participate in a joint bid, together with Romania, Greece and Serbia, to host the World Cup in 2030. This was announced by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at the press conference after the four-party meeting in Evksinograd.

Turkey has completed the necessary legal procedures to open its embassy in Asuncion in Paraguay, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Sept. 23.

Turkey will open an embassy in Asuncion, Paraguay, the South American country said on Sept. 7, a day after President Mario Abdo reversed the previous administration's decision to move its diplomatic mission in Israel to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv, Reuters reported. 

Paraguay said on Sept. 6 it was moving its embassy in Israel back from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, prompting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to order the closure of Jewish state's mission in the South American country in retaliation.
