Greece to target more Polish tourists
During a meeting at the Tourism Ministry in Athens on Wednesday, Greek Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura and Polish Ambassador Anna Barbarzak discussed the expansion of tourism cooperation between Greece and Poland.
The ambassador stressed the ever increasing flow of visitors from Poland to Greece that last year amounted to a remarkable 1 million tourists.

South Korea has made its biggest investments in Poland for the first time in history since foreign investments were reported by the local Investment and Commercial Agency. The volume of capital flows from the Asian nation to the largest economy in Central and Eastern Europe in 2017 is close to 1.9 billion euros or nearly 500 million more than China's country's investments in the country.

The European Parliament's Budgets Committee on August 29 approved the European Union's Solidarity Fund (EUSF) to support reconstruction in Greece, Poland, Lithuania and Bulgaria following natural disasters in 2017.
NSI: 6.5% more Arrivals to Bulgaria of Visitors from Abroad in July 2017
Sofia. In July 2018, the number of arrivals to Bulgaria of visitors from abroad was 2152.8 thousand or 6.5% more in comparison with July 2017, according to the National Statistical Institute. An increase was registered in the trips with all monitored purposes: business and professional - by 16.7%, holidays, leisure and recreation - by 3.1%.
Indian Fantasy Film Brahmastra Wraps Shooting in Bulgaria
SOFIA: An Indian fantasy Brahmāstra, the debut feature of Ayan Mukerji, wrapped shooting in Bulgaria. According to the Indian media, shooting took place at the spa resort Devin, in the Rhodope Mountains.
Filming in Bulgaria followed two schedules, in the spring and summer of 2018. The main characters are played by Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy.
Romania and Bulgaria have Lowest Prices for Consumer Goods and Services in EU
Bulgaria and Romania had the lowest prices for consumer goods and services in the European Union in 2017.
The prices were 52% below the EU average in Romania and 56% lower than the EU average in Bulgaria. However, the prices of goods and services in Romania increased compared to 2000, when they stood at only 35% of the EU average, Eurostat data shows.
