Catalonia "Cannot Hold Independence Vote," Says Spanish Court
Catalonia does not have the right to call a referendum on independence, Spain's Constitutional Court said.
The Spanish autonomous region has declared it would hold a referendum on November 9 regardless of what the government in Madrid thinks of the vote.
Bulgaria Among Leaders In Alerts For Dangerous Goods
Bulgaria is in the Top 5 of EU countries with most alerts for dangerous products, shows data of the Rapid Alert System for non-food dangerous products RAPEX.
Most alerts came from Hubgary – 12% of all, followed by Germany – 11%, Spain – 11%, Bulgaria – 8% and Great Britain – 6%.
The complaints from Bulgaria were 191 – mostly for clothes of low quality, shows the RAPEX data.

Tijana Bogdanovic wins gold at taekwondo junior WC
BELGRADE - Serbia's Tijana Bogdanovic won on Sunday the gold medal at the taekwondo junior world championship in Chinese Taipei, beating Spain's Lidia Garcia 9-5.
This was Serbia's first gold medal in junior competition and second gold on the international stage, since Bogdanovic won the European championship last year.

Meier withdraws citing injury, Djokovic goes through
MIAMI - Serbia's Novak Djokovic has reached the 4th round of the ATP Masters tournament in Miami after Germany's Florian Meier withdrew from the competition citing injury.
Their match was scheduled for Sunday.
Djokovic's next opponent will be the winner of the match between Tommy Robredo of Spain and Julien Benneteau of France.
Delegation of businessmen from Spain to visit Belgrade
BELGRADE - A delegation of representatives of 17 Spanish companies will visit Belgrade on March 25-27 to look for opportunities for investment and establishment of cooperation with Serbian partners, the Spanish Embassy in Belgrade said in a release on Friday.
Bulgaria's Ludogorets Lost To Valencia By 1:0
Bulgaria's football champion lost to Valencia by 1:0 in the second leg of the Europa League 1/8 final in Spain.
The total result for the Spanish team is 4:0, which qualifies it for the quarter final of the tournament.
Ludogorets, however, was the only Bulgarian team to get that far in the European tournaments this season.
