Lockdowns, curfews, alcohol bans as nations fight resurgent virus
Countries across the world tightened restrictions on their populations on Jan. 2 to fight a resurgence in the coronavirus, as the European Union offered to help drug companies expand vaccine production to improve distribution "bottlenecks".
From local curfews to alcohol bans and complete lockdowns, governments are trying to tackle a surge in cases.
UK moved to Civil Aviation's non-EU countries list
The United Kingdom has been added to the list of non-EU countries from which citizens are allowed entry to Greece as of next week, the Civil Aviation Authority said in its latest notam on Saturday.

Serbian Security Service Named Among Users of Israeli Surveillance Software
In research published on Monday, Citizen Lab, an Institute of the University of Toronto that specializes in surveillance issues, listed 25 countries and agencies - including Serbia's Security Information Agency - that use the software of the Israeli company Circles, which enables the user to locate every phone in the country in seconds.
