Waterfront Mega-Project ‘Will Change Face of Belgrade’
“This is not a pipe dream, but proof that something will really happen,” Vucic said on Friday as he unveiled the plan and a scale model of the ambitious waterfront project.
The presentation was held at the Beogradska Zadruga building, which was the first to be renovated as part of the scheme which is also known as ‘Belgrade on Water’.

BELGRADE -- Belgrade Mayor Siniša Mali has said that the Belgrade on Water project is "a historic chance not only for the capital, but for the whole of Serbia."
The master plan for the project - sometimes referred to as "City on Water" - will be presented in Belgrade on Friday.

Lamda unveils Elliniko plans
Lamda Development presented plans on Tuesday for the utilization of the old airport plot at Elliniko, southern Athens, with the investors who have undertaken the development of the 6.3-square kilometer site (the Latsis Groups Lamda, Al Maabar from the United Arab Emirates and Chinas Fosun Group) claiming they are ready to start work at Elliniko from today.

TSS works with United Arab Emirates
DUBAI - The Tennis Federation of Serbia (TSS) has signed a cooperation protocol with the Tennis Federation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Dubai, the TSS posted on its website on Friday.
Head of TSS Dusan Orlandic signed the agreement and thanked the UAE colleagues on their hospitality and intiative to establish cooperation.

Military envoys in Brazil, Poland, Angola, UAE
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic met on Friday with officers who will assume the duty of military envoys in eight countries in the next few months.
As of this year, Serbia will, for the first time, have military envoys in Brazil, Poland, Angola and the United Arab Emirates, while four officers will take over regular duties in China, Romania, Algeria and Croatia.
