Jet Fighters over the Acropolis! (VIDEO)

Five jets flew over Athens at around 12:30′ local time. The jets were taking part in the Greek exercise INIOHOS 2017 which end today and they were one Greek F-16 Block 50, one Israeli F-16 Block 30, one Italian AMX and one Greek F-4E.

They made two low flybys over the Acropolis and then they flew over the Euripus Strait and the Rio-Antirio bridge before returning to their base.

The US Ambassador to Greece, Geoffrey R. Pyatt attended the 2017 “Iniohos” military exercise that kicked off at Andraviga air base. The military exercise is led by the Hellenic Air Force and includes forces of NATO allies and partner nations. The US, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Italy also took part in the exercise, expanded to include land and navy forces for the first time.

Laptop ban hits Dubai for 1.1 mln weekend travelers

Dubai International Airport and its flag carrier Emirates began implementing a ban on laptops and tablets on direct flights to the U.S. on March 25, on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year.

Around 1.1 million people are expected to pass through the world's busiest international airport as the city marks UAE spring break, Dubai Airports said.     

Turkey doesn't deserve to be so undesired

The United States banned laptops, tablets, cameras and similar electronic devices aboard planes from 10 cities in eight countries on March 20. The list included Istanbul in Turkey. The other countries in the list are Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates; all of them are Muslim countries from the greater Middle East area.
