Turkey has worst environment for social entrepreneurs among top 45 countries
Turkey ranked as having the worst environment for social entrepreneurs, scoring poorly in most of 12 indicators used to measure political, economic, regulatory and cultural factors, according to Thomson Reuters Foundation survey of almost 900 social enterprise experts in the world's 45 biggest economies.

Survivor rescued 13 days after deadly Ecuador quake
Crews have rescued a 72-year-old survivor of Ecuador's deadly earthquake almost two weeks after it struck the South American country, Venezuela announced April 30.
A visiting Venezuelan search team located Manuel Vasquez, who had been trapped under rubble since the 7.8-magnitude quake that killed 660 people, the Venezuelan embassy in Quito said on its website.
