NATO Defence Ministers Agree to Set Up Two More Force Integration Units
At their meeting in Brussels on Thursday, the defence ministers of NATO member countries agreed to set up two Force Integration Units in Hungary and Slovakia.
In September, NATO established such units in six countries on the eastern flank of the Alliance - Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.
Romania Spurns Trend Towards Banning GM Crops
Romania has decided to join a minority of EU countries that will allow the growth of genetically modified crops.
New EU rules permit the cultivation of GM crops if they are deemed "healthy and safe".
The law, adopted in March, cleared the way for new GM crops to be approved after years of deadlock.

Bulgaria Drops Ten Positions to 78th Place in FIFA Ranking
The Bulgarian men's national football team dropped ten position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking and currently occupies the 78th position with 414 points, being between the teams of Haiti and Togo.
The drop is due to the two defeats suffered by Bulgaria in the September qualifiers for UEFA EURO 2016 against the teams of Norway and Italy.
