Nikolic: Serbia, Algeria have excellent bilateral relations
BELGRADE - Serbia and Algeria have very good bilateral relations, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said on Monday during a meeting with Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa, president of the People's National Assembly of Algeria.
Serbia also owes particular gratitude to Algeria for its principled position of not recognising Kosovo's unilaterally declared independence, the president added.
Khelifa: Kosovo issue to be resolved in talks
BELGRADE - Speaker of People's National Assembly of Algeria Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa reiterated in Belgrade on Monday that Algeria believes that the Kosovo issue should be resolved within a negotiating process.

BELGRADE - German Nobel Prize-winning author Guenter Grass has said that today he would be against the 1999 bombing, noting that one should have guessed that the campaign would be led by the U.S. and that it would not end in Kosovo, but expand throughout Serbia.
Brammertz to visit Serbia next week
THE HAGUE - Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Serge Brammertz will pay a visit to Serbia next week within his visit to the region in the course of the preparations of the regular report for the UN Security Council, ICTY released on Wednesday.

Zagreb–Belgrade Flights Resume After 23 Years
Twenty-three years since the last Yugoslav Air Transport, JAT plane took off for Zagreb in Croatia, Air Serbia has reintroduced the service.
JAT flew between the two biggest cities of what was then Yugoslavia from 1947 until August 1991, when war broke out in Croatia.

Tanjug marks 71st anniversary
BELGRADE - Today marks the 71st anniversary of foundation of Tanjug News Agency.
Tanjug was established in the midst of anti-Nazi operations of the People's Liberation Army of Yugoslavia and its first task was to inform the world about the outcome of the Second Session of the Anti-Fascist Council of the People's Liberation of Yugoslavia (AVNOJ).
