BRUSSELS -- EU's High Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Representative Catherine Ashton "was the only objective mediator in the Western Balkans crises," says Ivica Dačić.
The Serbian foreign minister made the statement on Tuesday after the farewell meeting with Ashton in Brussels.

Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo to Sign Border Deal
Montenegro's Interior Ministry told BIRN on Tuesday that an historic agreement on the exact meeting point of the three Balkan states will be signed as soon as the three governments set a precise date.
