Bulgaria's Govt Allows Light Planes to Land on Ruse Airport
Light aircraft will be allowed to land at the Bulgaria's single municipal airport of Ruse, the cabinet has decided.
The license has been granted by the Transport Ministry in Sofia.
An aircraft of weight of up to 3 tons will be able to pay BGN 30 per landing. Those weighing more than 3 tons will pay BGN 40.
Worker Dies in Bulgaria's Bobov Dol Mine
A worker at the Bobov Dol mine in southwestern Bulgaria has lost his life after being smashed by a trolley, media report.
The accident reportedly took place at 06:00 local time (EET).
The worker was immediately transferred to a hospital, but died from his wounds, according to the Bulgarian National Radio.

The two allies in Bulgaria's outgoing government have abandoned plans to forge a new ruling coalition, tilting the country toward early elections.
"There will be no cabinet. We are not capable of reaching an agreement within the 43rn National Assembly [Parliament]," news website Mediapool.bg quotes the head of the biggest party's parliamentary faction, Tsvetan Tsvetanov.
Bulgarian MP Gives Up Immunity to Face Vote Buying Charges
Bulgarian lawmaker Iliya Iliev has agreed to be stripped of his immunity as MP to face criminal prosecution.
Earlier, the prosecuting authority demanded his immunity over vote-buying allegations relating to the 2014 early general election.
Iliev purportedly organized a campaign to draw up lists with personal data of the residents of a Roma neighborhood in the town of Yambol.
Bulgarian Parliament Condemns Berlin, Zurich, Ankara Attacks
Lawmakers in Bulgaria have held a minute of silence in memory of the victims in Berlin, where a lorry crashed into a Christmas market, and Andrey Karlov, the Russian Ambassador to Turkey killed in Ankara on Monday.
MPs have condemned both attacks and the one in Zurich (where several people were injured in a shooting in an Islamic center) in a declaration.
