KRALJEVO - World number one Novak Djokovic and 158th player in the ATP rankings Mate Delic will start off the Davis Cup matchup between Serbia and Croatia, according to the draw in Kraljevo on Thursday.

Djokovic and Delic will start their match at 1 p.m. CET on Friday, while Viktor Troicki, who is 41st in the world, and Borna Coric, 61st, will play next.

Croatia Promises Referendum on Adriatic Oil Drilling

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Tuesday said oil and gas deposits in the Croatian Adriatic will not be exploited before the country has a chance to voice its opinion in a referendum.

The Prime Minister gave the pledge on a visit to the island of Rab on the northern Adriatic coast, saying the issue was of obvious public importance.

Eurostat: More than 1 in 2 young people unemployed in Greece

The euro area seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was at 11.2% in January 2015, down from 11.3% in December 2014 and from 11.8% in January 2014. This is the lowest rate recorded in the euro area since April 2012. The EU28 unemployment rate was 9.8% in January 2015, down from 9.9% in December 2014 and from 10.6% in January 2014.

Unemployment Registered Slight Drop in Bulgaria in January

Bulgaria registered an unemployment rate of 10.8 % in January, but still remains above the EU average of 9.8 %.

This became evident from the latest figures of Eurostat, which were released on Monday.

The figures show that the unemployment rate in Bulgaria steadily decreased in the past year from 12.6 % in January 2014.

Djokovic pulls further ahead in ATP rankings

LONDON - World number one Novak Djokovic moved further ahead of Switzerland's Roger Federer, in 2nd place, in the latest ATP rankings, posted on Monday.

Despite the defeat in the final in Dubai, Djokovic increased his lead, since Federer merely defended his title, while Djokovic stayed in the tournament longer than lasy year, when he was ousted in the semifinals.

Taekwondo: Bodganovic wins bronze in Egypt

BELGRADE - Member of the Serbian taekwondo Tijana Bogdanovic won the bronze medal at the Luxor Open as the G2 category tournament in Egypt.

In the category of competitors weighing up to 49 kilograms, Bogdanovic lost the semifinal duel to triple European champion Lucija Zaninovic from Croatia, 10-8, after she previously defeated representatives of Russia, Turkey and Brazil.

Tennis-Djokovic beats Berdych to set up final with Federer

DUBAI - World number one Novak Djokovic reached the final of the ATP tennis tournament in Dubai, after defeating Czech Tomas Berdych 6-0, 5-7, 6-4 on Friday.

Djokovic will try to win his fifth Dubai trophy, and to do that, he will have to overcome Swiss Roger Federer, who beat Croatia's Borna Coric 6-2, 6-1.
