Turkish citizens to cast referendum votes in Greece on April 8 and 9
Turkish citizens residing in Greece will go to polling stations set up in Athens, Thessaloniki, Komotini and Rhodes to cast their votes Saturday and Sunday, on the April 16 referendum to take place in Turkey. Voting will commence in the four Turkish Consulates in the designated cities and will commence at 9am and end 9pm on each day.

PPC to sell 24 pct stake in ADMIE
Greece is close to concluding a spin-off of its power grid operator ADMIE from state-controlled power utility PPC, the Energy Ministry said on Friday.
The move, a key term of the country's international bailout, will boost PPC's cash reserves by about 700 million euros in May, the ministry said in a statement.
TAIPED calls for improved Thessaloniki Port bids
Greece's privatization agency (TAIPED) asked on Friday for improved financial bids from short-listed investors seeking to buy a majority stake in its second-largest port.
TAIPED got three offers last month for the sale of a 67 percent stake in Thessaloniki Port, which is required as part of Greece's international bailout.
Mild earthquake jolts Halkidiki
A moderate earthquake, measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale, struck the region of Halkidiki, northern Greece, shortly before 8 a.m. Friday morning, but there were no reports of injuries or damage.
According to seismologists, the epicenter of the quake was located about 1 kilometer northeast of the village of Paliouri in Kassandra.
Man, 88, shoots self in Pilio
Police in Pilio, central Greece, are investigating the circumstances that led to an 88-year-old man shooting himself in the head with a hunting rifle in front of his house on Friday.
According to local reports, the man, who has not been named, emerged from his house in the village of Aghios Vlasios and shot himself in front of his neighbors.
