The Montenegrin government on Tuesday snubbed calls to delay implementation of controversial new regulations limiting work permits for foreigners.

Kosovo Women Justify Male Violence, Survey Says
A survey conducted by the Kosovo Statistics Agency ASK and UNICEF suggests that almost half the women in Kosovo were willing to justify male violence towards women - sometimes for such trivial reasons as the wife burning her husband's dinner.
Just over 42 percent of Kosovo women, questioned about whether they would justify violence directed at them in certain situations, said "Yes".
Montenegro Hires Orion to Push NATO Case
Montenegro has agreed a contract with the Washingron-based firm Orion Strategies for it to advocate Montenegro's NATO membership bid, according to a US Department of Justice filing.
The firm will provide strategic communications, PR, and advocacy around issues and news relating to Montenegro in the US and Europe and the country's bid for membership of the alliance.

Montenegrin Honour For Thaci Outrages Serbs
