Serbia Road Death Suspect ‘Hiding in Turkey’
After almost a month of investigation, Serbian police have named a suspect in the killing of 21-year-old Luka Jovanovic, who was hit by a car on July 25 on Branko’s Bridge in Belgrade.
According to the police, surveillance camera footage showed that suspect Marko Milicev hit Jovanovic with his black Mini Countryman and then drove off.

BELGRADE -- The suspect in the murder of a 15-year-old girl is Dragan Đurić - a 34 year-old Belgrader who lives in the suburb of Surčin, the interior minister has said.
The victim, Tijana Jurić, was reported missing on July 26 from the town of Bajmok in Serbia's northern province of Vojvodina.
Changes to law on higher education sent to parl't
BELGRADE - The Serbian government put forward to the parliament several bills and amendments to laws, including amendments to the law on higher education, in late July and early August.
Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic signaled earlier in a statement to Tanjug that in late August, besides a budget review, MPs should debate new legal arrangements relating to education.
