Belgrade hosts forum on battle against terrorism and crime
BELGRADE - An EU-Western Balkans interior ministers' forum on the battle against international terrorism, crime and corruption will be held in Belgrade on Friday.
The meeting is organised by the Serbian interior and justice ministries, with support from Italy, as the presiding country of the EU, and the European Commission.
Aliyev: Serbian-Azerbaijani relations are developing quickly

Five medals for Serbian team at Junior Science Olympiad
BELGRADE - High school students from Serbia competing at the 11th International Junior Science Olympiad in Argentina won one gold, two silver and two bronze medals on Thursday.
Tamara Bojanic from Novi Sad won the gold medal, Igor Medvedev and Bogdan Stanojevic won silver, while the bronze medals went to Novak Stanojevic and Milica Bojanic.

BELGRADE - The Olympic Committee of Serbia (OKS) on Thursday condemned in the strongest terms the decision of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to grant full membership to the unilaterally declared Republic of Kosovo, thus setting a precedent as this is not a member of the United Nations.
Kirby visits Roman Imperial Palace of Sirmium site
SREMSKA MITROVICA - U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Michael Kirby visited the Roman Imperial Palace of Sirmium and restoration labs in Sremska Mitrovica on Thursday.
Kirby said that huge progress had been made in the restoration of mosaics at the palace in the past six months and expressed satisfaction about the outstanding cooperation between the United States and Serbia in the project.
Reception for award-winning Serbian scientists
BELGRADE - Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali hosted on Thursday a reception for the Serbian science team who won a gold medal and a gold cup at the recent Inno Design Tech Expo in Hong Kong, the world's largest exhibition of innovations, latest technologies and practical design solutions.

The forum will take place under the auspices of Italy, which currently holds the EU presidency, Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has told Tanjug.
