"Regional football league to be launched in 2018"
Macedonian Football League Director Vasko Dojcinovski says UEFA has approved the launch of a regional football league in 2018.
Speaking for Croatian daily Vecernji List, Dojcinovski said the league should consist of 24 clubs from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, and Macedonia, and that heads of football associations from these countries all supported this new regional format.

Russia and Islamist militants could try to boost their influence in the Balkan nations if the European Union doesn't take them in as members, Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama said in an interview published on Wednesday.
Rama told Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung it was in the EU's interests to try and bring Balkan states into its fold.
Croatia Joins Regional 'Special Operations' Air Force
The Croatian defence ministry said on Tuesday that it had begun to set up a joint special air force with Slovenia, Hungary and Bulgaria, sponsored by NATO's Special Operations Headquarters and the US.
The new joint force could be used for special missions to fight terrorism or evacuate troops from potential hostile territory in northern Africa or the Mediterranean, it said.

BELGRADE - The Tourism Organization of Serbia is presenting Serbian tourism at the Nature & Health Fair at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center on November 24-28 as part of activities promoting Serbian tourism in Slovenia.

EU report: Slovenia not a favourable environment for SMEs
Slovenia has improved access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to some extent also the responsiveness of the state administration.

ISTANBUL - The Serbia men's national basketball team was on Tuesday drawn to play Turkey, Russia, Latvia, Belgium and Great Britain in Group D of EuroBasket 2017 in Istanbul.
The draw ceremony was held in Istanbul, which will also host the final stage of the competition.
