Refugees reaching Greece after dangerous journey want to leave for other EU countries
Around 500 refugees of Afghan, Iraqi and Syrian origins sheltering in an Athens park say they have no wish to stay in Greece and are hoping to move on to greener EU pastures as soon as they acquire documents.
The drama of the roughly 124,000 refugees that have struggled through the hardships of the journey to reach Greece does not end when they arrive on the country's shores.

The Syrians were thought to be migrants on their way to an Aegean seaside town where they would begin an illegal voyage to a Greek island.

Migrant crisis 'surpasses' Greek abilities: Tsipras
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Aug. 7 said a huge influx of migrants and refugees ?surpassed? his debt-hit country?s abilities as he announced a raft of measures and asked for EU help to handle the crisis.
?This problem surpasses us. Greece is a country in economic crisis, and it faces a major humanitarian crisis within a crisis,? Tsipras said.
