Former chair of Turkish football giant dies
Mustafa Cengiz, the former chair of the Turkish football team Galatasaray, has died at the age of 71, according to a statement by the sports club.
"We lost the 37th president of Galatasaray Sports Club, Mustafa Cengiz. May God have mercy on our president. Our condolences to his family, loved ones and our community," it said in the statement.

All eyes on intercontinental derby between Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe
Following the international break, football fans in Turkey eye the coming intercontinental derby between Istanbul's fierce rivals, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, on Nov. 21.
The two teams are now quite far from the top of the league, so both need a victory to grip the title race in the Turkish Spor Toto Süper Lig.
Turkey beat Montenegro 2-1, qualify for 2022 World Cup playoffs
Turkey defeated Montenegro 2-1 in a 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifications Group G match on Nov. 16.
Montenegro started the match at home very fast and drew first blood in the third minute with Fatos Beqiraj at Podgorica City Stadium.
Turkey's response came in the 22nd minute with Kerem Aktürkoğlu. The first half ended 1-1.
Turkey sets eyes on World Cup berth
Turkey heads to Montenegro on Nov. 16 night knowing that a victory would be enough for it to secure a top-two finish in its 2022 World Cup qualification group.
The country is currently second in Group G, level on points with third-placed Norway, while Montenegro is down in fourth and will finish in that position regardless of what happens on the final matchday.

Two Africans, who were transferred to the eastern province of Hakkari's women's football club playing in the Turkcell Women 1st League, have said they are happy to be living in the border city.
"I love Hakkari and its people. They are so hospitable," 24-year-old Kenyan midfielder Mwanalima Adam Jereko told state-run Anadolu Agency.
Fenerbahçe manage to get home draw with 99th minute goal
Fenerbahçe managed to get a 2-2 draw against Yukatel Kayserispor with a last minute goal in the Turkish Süper Lig week 12 game on Nov. 7.
Irfan Can Kahveci missed the chance to take the lead for Fenerbahçe as he could not score a penalty in the 33rd minute.
But Kayserispor drew first blood with Dimitrios Kolovetsios' goal in the 39th minute.
