Bulgaria's Stoevi Sisters Reach Final of Women's Doubles Badminton in Baku

Bulgarian badminton players Gabriela Stoeva and Stefani Stoeva reached the final of the women's doubles at the First European Games, which are taking place in Baku.

In the semifinal, which was played on Friday, the Stoevi sisters defeated convincingly Ozge Bayrak and Neslihan Yigit from Turkey with 2-0 (21-14, 21-9).

Bulgaria Defeats Poland 3-2, Proceeds to Final of Men's Volleyball in Baku

The Bulgarian men's national volleyball team proceeded to the final of the First European Games, which are taking place in Baku.

In the semifinal, which was played on Friday, Bulgaria defeated Poland 3-2 (25-14, 19-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-13).

Jani Jeliazkov scored 21 points for Bulgaria, while his teammates Todor Aleksiev and Valentin Bratoev added respectively 19 and 18 points.
