Trump to Nikolic: Serbia has US' support on its way to EU
BELGRADE - Presidency of Serbia said on Friday that US President Donald Trump, in a letter, thanked Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic for congratulations on the occasion of assuming presidency.
"I warmly welcome the greeting you sent me on the occasion of my presidential inauguration and I appreciate Your encouragement and support," says the letter of the US president.
Vucic declines to comment on Nikolic's candidacy
BELGRADE - When contacted by Tanjug late Wednesday, Serbian PM and Serbian Progressive Party leader Aleksandar Vucic responded with silence and made no comment on incumbent President Tomislav Nikolic's candidacy in the upcoming presidential elections.
In exclusive reports, Sputnik and N1 said earlier in the day Nikolic had decided to run for president.

BELGRADE - Serbia's incumbent President Tomislav Nikolic has decided to run in the upcoming presidential elections, Sputnik and N1 reported late Wednesday, quoting unnamed sources.
The reports said NIkolic had made the decision at Wednesday's celebration of Serbia's Statehood Day and his 65th birthday.

March Honouring Pro-Nazi General Held Despite Sofia Mayor Ban
The so-called Lukov March was held in Bulgaria's capital Sofia on Saturday even though Mayor Yordanka Fandakova ordered an end to the torch-lit rally.
Lukov March, known in Bulgaria as Lukovmarsh, is a controversial commemoration of the life and death of Gen Hristo Lukov.
Held since 2003, it honours a supporter of Bulgaria's alliance with Nazi Germany in World War Two.
Goffin Defeats Dimitrov in Rotterdam, Ending His Series of Victories
Belgium's David Goffin, who lost dramatically to Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria in Sofia last Sunday, managed to oust him nearly a week later in Rotterdam, bringing about Dimitrov's second loss since the year began.
Dimitrov was defeated 4:6, 6:1, 3:6 at the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 tennis tournament in Rotterdam.

Panathinaikos won its sixth consecutive Greek Cup and a record 18th overall defeating Aris 68-59 at Thessaloniki's Nick Galis Hall on Saturday, in a game that was delayed by over an hour.
Having beaten its archrival, Olympiakos, in the semifinal last month - away from home too - Panathinaikos would have a relatively easy task to complete in the final to win the trophy.
