12 wounded in PKK attack in Turkey's east

Twelve soldiers were wounded on the morning of Sept. 15 in the eastern province of Mu?, after outlawed Kurdistan Workers? Party (PKK) militants detonated an explosive targeting a military vehicle.

PKK militants detonated an explosive placed on the road as an armored military vehicle was passing near the entrance of the Suluca village.

Ambassador expects Hungary to declare state of emergency

Hungary has been passing stricter rules toward migrants for a while and will certainly also declare a state of emergency, says Rade Drobac.

Drobac, who serves as Serbia's ambassador in Budapest, told the Belgrade-based broadcaster TV Pink on Tuesday morning that things "culminated by last night's shutting down of the whole border, or at least of a large part of it."

Hungary Declares Emergency in Border Counties

The news came as tough new legislation went into force on Tuesday allowing the police to detain and charge refugees who breach the razor-wire fence on the border with Serbia and enter the country illegally.
