Never another Moria

Now that the situation on Lesvos appears to be settling down, it is time for the next decisive step. 

Everything must be done to ensure that there is never another Moria, the sprawling camp that was burned down last week. 

A new reception center must be created - under the joint aegis of the Greek state and the European Union - a center where legality and respect for human dignity will be equally enforced.
