Ankara sending out signal for improved relations
Turkey wants to "share the wealth of the Aegean," its defense minister, Hulusi Akar, said at the weekend, while Ankara seeks to maintain a low tone in Greek-Turkish relations and is sending signals of cooperation to Athens. In interviews with CNN Turk TV and the Anadolu Agency, Akar referred positively to the phone conversation he had with his Greek counterpart Nikos Panagiotopoulos.

Turkish President Erdogan has again Threatened Greece
Turkish President Recep Erdogan made a speech full of threats to Greece. He called on Athens to learn from history and not forget the defeat in the Greco-Turkish war in 1922, Anadolu Agency reported.
Erdogan made the speech at Turkey's largest technology festival, Teknofest, which is held on the Black Sea coast in Samsun province.
Türkiye to light first gas flare on land from Black Sea in March 2023: Minister
Energy Minister Fatih Dönmez said the work on the natural gas discovered in the Black Sea continues and they aim to "burn this gas on land in the first quarter of 2023, in March."
Türkiye aims to finalize its current drills for natural gas in the Black Sea wells in 2023, the minister told the Anadolu Agency on Aug. 11.

Turkey has summoned ambassadors of France and Germany over the activities of the terrorist organization PKK on their territories, warning all NATO members, as well as Sweden and Finland, who wish to join the alliance, to end their ties and links with all anti-Turkey terror groups.

The Zero-Waste Project has been a great success, making a large contribution to the Turkish economy, first lady Emine Erdoğan has said.
"The project has reached a point that it is beyond my dreams," the first lady said in an interview with Anadolu Agency, noting that people from all quarters of the society are aware of the Zero-Waste initiative.
