Joined by drummer Eli Kaszler, Halo will be performing at St Paul's Anglican Church in Athens on Saturday, November 18, as part of her European tour. The concert starts at 9 p.m.

Community Connect | Athens | November 8 & 15
The Anglican Church in Greece is organizing two Community Connect events on November 8 and November 15. The November 8 event will take place at the Swedish Center in Plaka between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m., with coffee, cake and a sale of homemade jams and much more. The event on November 15 will take place at the Loida Scripture Union Home For the Elderly in Kifissia between 10 a.m.

Two Strings | Athens | October 22
St Paul's Anglican Church presents "Sounds - Two Strings Combinations," featuring Eleni Papadopoulou on violin and Isidoros Sideris on the cello, on Sunday, October 22. The concert is designed to showcase how the combination of the two instruments produces sounds that "unite" and "divide," creating the sensation of a multi-handed instrument. Starts at 8.30 p.m. and admission costs 12 euros.

St. Helen Holy relics to be on display in Greece for the first time (photos)
The Holy relics of St. Helen, mother of Roman Emperor Constantine the Great, will be displayed for the first time in Greece. Along with a section of the Holy Cross, the relics will be exhibited for pilgrimage in the Church of Agia Varvara (St Barbara) in Egaleo suburb of western Athens/Piraeus until June 15th 2017. Pilgrimage will be possible from the morning until 11 p.m. at night.
Atelier School Choir of Zurich | Athens | April 27
The Atelier School Choir of Zurich will appear at St Paul's Anglican Church in Athens on Thursday, April 27, at 8.30 p.m. The program will include "Ave Maria," "Remember Not Lord Our Offenses" and "Funeral Music for Queen Mary." Admission is free of charge.

Connect Coffee Mornings | Athens | April 12 & 19
The Anglican Church in Greece will be holding two Community Connect coffee mornings in Athens this month. Besides coffee, cake and conversation, the events include the sale of books, DVDs and CDs, handmade greetings cards, good-as-new clothing and homemade preserves, while used postage stamps and plastic bottle tops will be collected for the benefit of charities.

Organ Recital | Athens | April 10
Saint Paul's Anglican Church presents a series of special recitals of organ music in the runup to Easter, starting on Monday, April 10, with Colombian organist Ana Maria Ospina and Greek alto Alexandra Aidonopoulou in a concert titled "Adorn Yourself, O Dear Soul." The program consists of a century-spanning medley of Bach to Mendelssohn and Nasi.
