CHP leader warns against provocation through refugees
Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu warned that there was provocation through Afghan and Syrian refugees.

Three soldiers killed in PKK attack in eastern Turkey
At least three soldiers were killed and five others injured in an outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attack in eastern Turkey, said a military source on Oct. 29.
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to media, said the PKK militants attacked security forces with mortar shells in the Çukurca district in the Hakkari province.
Warrants issued for 215 police personnel for using ByLock
Ankara prosecutors issued warrants for 215 Ankara Police Department personnel, including senior officials, on Oct. 12 as part of a probe into the Gülenist movement on suspicions that the personnel were using the ByLock program, a messaging application that is said to have been used by the group for concealed conversations, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
