Greek court backs Russian suspect's extradition
Greece's Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a request to extradite a Russian cybercrime suspect to the United States to stand trial for allegedly laundering billions of dollars using the virtual currency bitcoin.
Alexander Vinnik made his final appearance at an Athens court Wednesday amid an ongoing legal battle between the US and Russia, who are both seeking his extradition.

Pop singer acquitted of money laundering charges
An Athens court of appeals acquitted Cypriot pop singer Michalis Hatziyiannis of money laundering charges on Thursday.
Hatziyiannis had been accused of legalizing undeclared revenues by transferring the sum of 5.3 million euros to Cyprus in 2010-11.

Cleaners vindicated by Supreme Court
Greece's Supreme Court has vindicated 393 finance ministry cleaning ladies who were sacked in September, 2013.
The court rejected the appeal lodged by the Greek state in November 2014 against a ruling by the Athens Court of First Instance, according to which the cleaners would get their jobs back.
