"Warrant for Serbs aimed at minimizing KLA crimes"

BELGRADE -- Ruling SNS party MP Milovan Drecun reacted on Wednesday to the Interpol arrest warrant for MP Momir Stojanovic and a group of Serbs and Montenegrins in Kosovo.

Prosecution witness fails to implicate Ivanovic

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- A prosecution witness in the trial of Oliver Ivanovic on Tuesday did not implicate the defendant in the April 1999 events in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Ivanovic has been indicted in a case concerning the murder of four ethnic Albanians.

The Basic Court in Pristina announced on Monday that Radoncic, the head of the Union for a Better Future of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SBB, will testify at the trial of Kelmendi for organised crime, aggravated murder and the sale of drugs.

"Fahrudin Radoncic will be testifying on March 25 and 26," said judge Anna Adamska-Gallant.

BELGRADE - The cro?-examination of the first prosecution witne? in a case against leader of the Citizens' Initiative 'Freedom, Democracy, Justice' (SDP) Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs was completed at the Basic Court in Mitrovica on Thursday.

The trial of Naser Kelmendi started in Prishtina on Friday with EULEX Special Prosecutor Andrew Hughes giving an opening statement in front of the Basic Court in Prishtina.

The Basic Court in Podgorica on Monday began a hearing in the case of an attack on a journalist, Marko Milacic, who says he was assaulted after recording alleged election irregularities on the part of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS.  

More Serbs could be indicted in Kosovo police member murder

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- An international public prosecutor has filed the request to EULEX judges to expand the indictment for the murder of a Kosovo police member to four more Serbs.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The international public prosecutor filed the request to EULEX judges on Monday wherein he suggested that the indictment for the murder of Enver Zumberi, member of the Kosovo special police unit ROSU, should be expanded from two to four Serb suspects.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Stevan Vulovic, mayor of the Zubin Potok municipality in northern Kosovo, was placed under a 30-day house arrest, the Pristina-based electronic media reported on Tuesday, citing EULEX spokesperson Dragana Nikolic Solomon.
