Kosovo town mayor placed under house arrest
PRIŠTINA -- Stevan Vulovic, mayor of the Zubin Potok municipality in northern Kosovo, was placed under a 30-day house arrest, the Pristina-based electronic media reported.
The Albanian language broadcasters are citing EULEX spokesperson Dragana Nikolic Solomon.

Zubin Potok mayor appears for questioning in Mitrovica
BELGRADE - Stevan Vulovic, mayor of the Zubin Potok municipality in northern Kosovo, has voluntarily appeared for questioning before the public prosecutor of the Basic Court in Kosovska Mitrovica, EULEX spokeswoman Dragana Nikolic-Solomon has told Tanjug.
Vulovic is charged with organizing the escape of Slobodan Sovrlic from the police station in Zubin Potok.

The Basic Court in Podgorica on Wednesday began hearing the case against Calovic, the director of prominent Montenegrin watchdog group MANS, who is accused of defamation.
Calovic is being sued by former Serbian official Popovic after a series of articles in the Montenegrin edition of Belgrade-based tabloid Informer in which she was accused of bestiality.

Judge rejects motion to dismiss indictment against Ivanovic
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - EULEX stated in a release on Wednesday that an international judge rejected as ungrounded the defense motion to dismiss the indictment filed with the Basic Court in Mitrovica against the leader of the Citizens' Initiative "Freedom, Democracy, Justice" (GI SDP) and four more Serbs.
Seven imams placed under house arrest in Kosovo
PRISTINA - The Pristina Court of Appeals said on Tuesday that it has placed under house arrest seven imams suspected of having committed a crime against Kosovo's constitutional order and security.
Initially, the Pristina Basic Court remanded the suspects in two-month custody on October 17.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The first hearing in the case against leader of the Citizens' Initiative “Freedom, Democracy, Justice” (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs suspected of committing war crimes and aggravated murder will be held at the Basic Court in Kosovska Mitrovica on Tuesday, EULEX spokeswoman Dragana Nikolic-Solomon said Monday.
Cazimi, Kabasi under house arrest
PRISTINA - The imam of the El-Kuddus Mosque in Gnjilane, Zekerija Cazimi, 34, has been placed under house arrest by the Basic Court in Pristina on suspicion of being one of the chief instigators of the jihad in Kosovo.
The court also placed another suspect, 27-year-old Liridon Kabasi from the village of Polac in the Srbica municipality, northern Kosovo, under house arrest.
