Legendary Serbian actor Dragan Nikolic died in a Belgrade hospital on Friday morning after a long and serious illness, state broadcaster RTS has reported.

Nikolic was born in Belgrade on August 20, 1943.

BELGRADE - An exhibition, a book and a TV film titled Lady Paget and Her Serbs have been unveiled at the Atrium Gallery of the Belgrade City Library.

Mother and her 2-year-old die in car crash

BELGRADE -- A woman and her 2-year-old child lost their lives in the early hours of Tuesday in a traffic accident on the Sabac-Loznica road, in western Serbia.

The accident happened at around 02:00 CET, leaving the woman instantly dead, while the child succumbed to injuries later in a Belgrade hospital, RTS is reporting.
