Lukashenko: Ukraine offered Belarus a Non-Aggression Pact

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko said that Ukraine has offered Minsk a non-aggression pact, reported the BeLTa state news agency reported, as quoted by Reuters.

Lukashenko shared the alleged proposal at a meeting of government and law enforcement officials, where he also accused the West of arming militants in Ukraine who could potentially destabilize the situation in Belarus.

One of them was an Iraqi man, found on Sunday by Polish border guards near the village of Dworczysko, together with two others, all suffering from hypothermia. The two still alive are recovering in hospital.

Serbia's policy towards Belarus will not change when Aleksandar Vucic takes office, Serbia's outgoing President Tomislav Nikolic has told the BelTA agency.

“There will be no new ideology. I have been working together with Aleksandar Vucic for the past 25 years, and our ideas are the same,” Nikolic said.
