BELGRADE - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov begins a two-day visit to Belgrade on Monday. He is expected to discuss collaboration between Russia and Serbia and the situation in the Balkans with Serbian leaders and to take part in a session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).

Bulgaria handed over the Presidency of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) to Greece, who will assume the role from July 1 until the end of the year.

Bulgaria will host a number of meetings during April within the framework of its rotational presidency of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).

A meeting of the transport ministers of the BSEC member states will take place on April 16 at the Grand Hotel Sofia, which will be attended by the organization's Secretary General Victor Tvircun.
