IntMin Bode: We've found a way to transport migrants coming to Timisoara back to the other centres

Minister of Interior Lucian Bode, after a meeting with Timisoara City Mayor Dominic Fritz on Tuesday, said that they had found a way to transport the migrants who come to Timisoara, under supervision, back to the other centres in the country. "We are facing a lack of accommodation in Timisoara, we have reached a capacity of 128pct at the moment.

Long Lines of Trucks at Some Bulgarian Borders

 

The truck traffic is heavy at the exit checkpoints on the Bulgarian border with Romania (Vidin BCP) and Turkey (Lesovo BCP), Border Police reports.

After new restrictive measure for mandatory Coronavirus tests was introduced kilometer-long lines of trucks have formed at the Kulata-Promahon border crossing since yesterday afternoon.  

 

All Truck Drivers Tested for COVID-19 with Rapid Tests at Promahon Border Crossing

 

 

As of 2.30pm today at the Promahon Border Checkpoint (BCP), the Greek border authorities have made rapid COVID-19 tests on all truck drivers entering Greece.

Each truck will wait about 15 minutes at the point until the result is ready. Additionally, truck drivers are warned that checks for a pre-filled PLF /Passenger Locator Form/ form are also starting.

20 People Arrested Near Sofia for Migrant Trafficking

About 20 people were detained during a specialized operation near Sofia. The arrests were made on the Northern Speed Tangent.

Bosnia Probes New Alleged Visa Scam Concerning Iraq

The State Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is investigating a second allegation concerning the illegal issue of tourist visas, this time concerning Iraqi citizens, Boris Grubesic, a spokesman for the office confirmed to BIRN.

"We have visa-related cases in Iraq and Pakistan. Since both cases are pending, we cannot provide more information," Grubesic said.
